- Do you offer free shipping?
We are sorry to say that we can't offer free shipping.
- How much transport costs will I have to pay if my order isn't eligible for free transport?
We always look for the cheapest shipping option available.
But because these prices are dependable on the country and weight of the package, it is impossible to keep our website up to date when it comes to transport costs.
This is why we prefer to send our customers and email after ordering.
PLACING AN ORDER:
- Which price will I have to pay?
All prices on our website are shown without VAT and transport costs.
The VAT is added automatically to the total price once and item is placed in your shopping basket.
After placing your order, will we contact and give you a final price including transportcosts.
- Do I have to pay the VAT?
If you live inside the EU you will have to pay the VAT. This is added automatically in your shopping basket.
You can also see the price including VAT in the first line of the description with each article.
Example: Price including VAT (for EU countries only): 359,00 euro - 5% = 341,05 euro.
- Are all items shown on the website available?
Unfortunately not, we try to have as much stock as possible of the more popular items.
But we work together with the factory in Italy, so we can immediately see if the article you are interested in is available in the factory.
It can happen that the factory has also ran out of stock, we will then inform with the factory when the next production will be.
- I'm looking for an certain article but I can't find it our your website?
We haven't put all items on our website, so it can happen that an article which is shown on website of the factory isn't on ours.
But don't worry, if the items is still available we can it for you. Just let us know which article you are looking for.
- What does an "Over the counter article" mean?
An "Over the counter article" is a product which can only be sold to customers who can come to our shop to pick it up.
Most of the time this is because Dainese doesn't allow their dealers to sell them online.
Or because other measurements need to taken or something needs to be installed on the motorbike.
SIZING AND PAYMENT:
- I would like to place an order, but I don’t know which size I need?
Before we ship out any package, we always inform with our customers to see if they are sure about the size that they need.
If you are not sure, will we send you instructions to take the required measurements, with which we will be able to determine the most correct size.
Once you filled out an order form, will we contact you to be sure about the size that you need.
If you want to know your size before ordering, feel free to contact us.
- What payment option can I use?
We accept payment by: Paypal, Credit Card or Wire Transfer
Just let us know which option you prefer and we will send you the correct payment instructions after finalizing your order.
- When do I have to do the payment:
We charge our customers once we are sure about the sizes and all prices have been agreed upon.
All orders must be paid before they are shipped out.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
- Which shipping company is used?
We use the courier service of our local postal service B-Post.
All shipments are insured and you will be given a tracking number once the package has been shipped.
- How long does a delivery usually take?
This of course all depends on which country you live in, but in general this is between 3 to 5 working days for deliveries in Europe, and between 5 and 10 working days for the rest of the world.
- The tracking number of my package doesn’t work?
It can take 24 hours after the package has been shipped for a tracking number to start working.
But sometimes will a package be relabeled once it arrives in the country of the destination, in that case you will see a line on the tracking website which says “Cross reference”
- According to the tracking number has my package not moved for a couple of days?
This can sometimes happen, most of the time this is because the package is simply held up at customs.
But also check if it hasn’t been relabeled.
- My package is late?
Unfortunately it can sometimes happen that a package is misplaced or simply late.
If you haven’t received your package within 3 weeks of the shipment, please contact us so we can start an official investigation.
- What is your return policy?
Because we spent a lot of time in helping the customers to find the correct size they need, we seldom get returns. But like it is indeed not always obvious to choose a correct size over the internet, it can happen that the article does not really fit.
If the article does not fit, it can of course be shipped back to our shop.
The only money you can loose on this transaction are the shipping costs, from your place to our shop.
You can choose another article (or the same article in another size) for the same amount you paid to us. So you do not loose any money on the article itself.
